Essential Job Functions :
- Handle incoming client calls and visits and other communications
- Collect and record property damage claims information from potential clients
- Prepare and circulate the claim documents as needed
- Create and field new customer intakes
- Reach out to community to obtain potential clients
Experience/Requirements:
- Full-time
- Entry-level role, training provided
- Strong community connections/engagement
- Customer service experience is preferred
- Strong and clear phone presence
- Experience using computers and performing data-entry functions
Fluent in Spanish a must
- Legal experience is a plus
