We are a growing, progressive law firm looking for a Director of Operations to work with our owner to oversee all aspects of the firm except the practice of law. You will be working closely with the fractional CFO of our firm as you manage financial activities at many different levels. We have a team that is dedicated to giving the best legal assistance available to our clients in Family Law. Probate and Real Estate Law. Our office is located at 2 S. Biscayne Blvd, Suite 2200, in the heart of Miami’s business district. We have earned a high degree of respect from our clients and our colleagues.   

We need an honest, responsible Law Firm Administrator who works well with our staff. We care about our team and strive to maintain a positive, upbeat work environment. We are growing and need a Director of Operations who will help us grow to the next level and beyond. 

Total Rewards: The pay range for this position is $120,000 to $150,000 plus an incentive bonus when significant growth and success metrics are accomplished.  The firm offers the following benefits:

• You will play a part in all phases of Administration, Personnel, Finances, Facilities, and Business Systems. 
• You will execute firm policies and procedures under the direction of the owner and work closely with her and other officials. 
• You will be responsible for running the billing systems in the office and must handle any complaints clients may have.   
•  You must possess confidence and compassion as you work with staff and clients, addressing performance concerns and handling employee matters.  
•  You will be reporting, analyzing, and taking action on developed metrics (or KPIs) across the business.
•  You must have the ability to handle matters appropriately and efficiently so each client’s needs are met following ethical requirements as they receive excellent service.

• Five years or more experience in running a law firm office (or other industries acceptable) with leading teams of 10 or more. 
• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree preferred in business or a licensed CPA
• Experience in people management.
• Demonstrated success in owning a P&L and budget management
• Proven leadership success in leading teams, influencing culture, and process improvement.
