LaBovick Law Group is looking for someone skilled in developing, growing, and managing a Client Acquisition Department. You will be leading our in-bound and out-bound Client Acquisition Teams, both on-shore and off-shore, to perform with the highest level of attention, quality, and empathy in order to assist those in need of our legal services. We want a manager who will strive to improve their team through leadership, direction, and motivation.

LaBovick Law Group is an AV-rated multi-specialty Plaintiff's firm with a team of Warriors who are driven to maximizing justice for our clients, but it all starts with our Client Acquisition Teams who are passionate to hear each person's story, and determine how we can best serve these individuals, then quickly getting them signed up and into the hands of our expert legal team.

Applicants must be willing to commute to our main office in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee on-shore and off-shore Acquisition Team members handling calls regarding legal matters
  • Report directly to the Firm's Leadership Team
  • Development of department policies and procedures for successful outcomes
  • Provide and document performance feedback through side-by-side coaching, and call quality monitoring
  • Hiring, training, coaching, and leading team members as they provide support for potential clients
  • Answering team members' questions, guiding them through difficult calls or issues, or handling issues that cannot be fielded by team members
  • Leading team meetings, and asking questions to better understand their hurdles and celebrate their wins
  • Ability to set clear expectations for processes and practices
  • Assisting other management team members in identifying trends and establishing goals
  • Preparing reports and analyzing data to improve processes, ensure resources are properly allocated, and maximize efficiency
  • Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual goals and action plans
  • Be able to travel occasionally to train and implement systems across a national legal platform
  • Prepare work schedules to ensure sufficient coverage

Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree or the equivalent of 5-yrs employment experience
  • Fluent in Spanish is preferred, but not required
  • Experienced and proven success with Client/Customer Acquisition
  • Previous experience managing teams of 10 or more
  • A strong desire to grow into a member of the Leadership team
  • Proficiency with technology specific to call centers
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong coaching and leadership skills, ability to motivate others
  • Decisiveness and attention to detail
  • Capable of applying appropriate balance between empathy and speed of service for each individual instance
  • Always have a professional and positive demeanor
  • Experience in Personal Injury, Workers Compensation, or Social Security, is a huge plus!
