We are based in Miami, planning to expand to Nashville, and have national clientele who find us online, from workshops, sponsorships, and other community engagements, and of course by referrals from clients and colleagues who trust us to accomplish our clients' goals.

To support our work, we are seeking a billing specialist to assist our billing attorneys and team with revising, processing, and issuing accurate monthly billing. If you’re a detail-oriented professional, have at least 2 years of billing experience (particularly comfortable handling trust reconciliations), and enjoy being part of a team that's always aiming to bring only the best, we want to hear from you.

• Review attorney and paralegal time entries to make sure they are compliant with firm's billing guidelines
• Prepare monthly prebills for attorney and Managing Partner review and revise according to feedback
• Issue invoices and trust replenishment requests monthly
• Process all Closed Matters, including issuing trust reimbursements
• Maintain accurate financial records, handle payment processing
• Prepare monthly reports for Managing Partner review and meet with Managing Partner to review and confirm all monthly financials

• Some college is helpful; high school diploma or equivalent is necessary
• Able to produce a high quality work product while handling multiple projects
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and organizational skills are required
• At least two years’ experience working in a law firm environment as a billing specialist

• Strong familiarity with trust accounting is required
• At least 1 yr experience with Clio Manage billing preferred
