Our busy law firm is looking for a Bilingual Billing Specialist who loves digging into detailed work that can help our billing attorneys revise, process, and issue accurate billing every month in a timely manner. Experience in accounts receivable and consistent follow-up is a plus! Job seekers should have at least 3-5 years of billing experience with the billing process, be meticulous and organized, and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. • Ability to collect AR over 90 days old
• Strong ability to negotiate payment arrangements with past clients
• Amend invoices with guidance from billing attorneys and finalize for distribution
• Thorough understanding of mycase.com billing regarding flat vs hourly billing
• Assess accounts receivable reports for past due balances owed and follow up with clients on when payments will be made
• Resolve any billing inquiries by working with the client’s accounting department
• Distribute initial invoices for attorney review every month
• Apply incoming payments to the correct accounts and keep accurate financial records
• Ability to correct incorrect billing statements and effectively communicate with clients

• Must have knowledge of mycase.com CRM
• Previous billing experience in a law firm environment
• Familiarity with eBilling
• Proficient in MS Office
• Stable work history
