We are looking for a paralegal with experience handling Family Law matters who has a passion for helping people who are dealing with some of the most challenging situations in life: divorce and custody disputes. Our clients often come to us at some of the lowest points in their personal lives and need an empathic, yet confident and assertive paralegal to assist our attorneys in guiding them through their legal situations. If you are the type of individual who welcomes the opportunity to truly make a positive and lasting impression on our clients' lives, you definitely should apply for this position. The ideal candidate will embrace our Firm's core values of Accountability, Adaptability, Synergy, Proactivity and Integrity and will be detail-oriented. If you do not like structure, policies, systems or procedures for how your work is handled, you should not apply for this position. We love to help people learn and grow and are looking forward to helping onboard you to our wonderful team of attorneys, but we need a paralegal with experience and a track record of providing support to attorneys. This is a full-time job where you are expected to manage a caseload, so you absolutely must be able to work *in the office* for 40 hours per week. Salary is commensurate with skill and experience and is negotiable. We offer benefits including health insurance, disability insurance, life insurance and paid time off as well. There is an opportunity for growth in our firm for those candidates who can demonstrate their commitment to the Firm’s core values and the Firm’s profitability. We also provide opportunities for personal and professional development, including regular lunch and learns, book clubs and quarterly out-of-office team-building exercises.
