Perform administrative and clerical duties in support of the Property Damage Department. Responsible for accumulating, summarizing, analyzing, and preparing data for reports, special documents, and invoicing.

- Perform administrative and clerical duties in support of the Property Damage department
- File notice of settlements
- Draft closing statements
- Handle distribution of settlement checks
- File notice of dismissal
- Closeout files
- Make sure the closing statement is signed by the client
- Follow up with releases from closing counsel
- File motions to enforce settlements if needed
- Create a settlement checklist as well as a close file checklist
- Prepare correspondence as needed
- Some litigation experience
- 2 years of legal assistant experience
- Know how to do releases and closing statements
- Good with numbers
- 2 years of college preferred
