  • Provide great hospitality and reception to clients in the office
  • Answer phone and provide friendly support to clients calling in
  • Schedule and assist in prepping for appointments
  • Complete new client intake, including screening, scheduling, and drafting representation agreements
  • Open, scan and distribute mail
  • Electronically file circuit court documents, including initiating new cases, scheduling hearings and motions in Outlook
  • File documents in the Cloud-based server from all parties in the case
  • Maintain and create files both physically and electronically
  • Work with process servers to serve legal documents to defendants
  • Draft right to cure letters on behalf of financial institutions
  • Maintain excel spreadsheets
  • Upkeep office and reception area
  • Work with the owners as to support business functions


  • Strong email and personal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of cloud-based servers
  • Strong internet, Microsoft Word and Outlook skills
  • Ability to multitask and keep track of multiple deadlines
  • Extremely attentive to details
  • Working knowledge of Adobe
  • Paralegal/legal, banking or real estate background preferred

$13.50 negotiable based on experience
