Bilingual Spanish Legal Administrative Assistant
Come join our team! Rosasco Law Group APC is a boutique law firm in Rocklin specializing in employment law. We are seeking a full-time Bilingual Legal Assistant. Must have 2 years or more of legal assistant experience in litigation. Preference may be given to a candidate who has a paralegal certificate. Qualified candidates must be highly organized, and detail-oriented, have excellent writing skills, work efficiently, be able to work independently while also being a team player, have a positive attitude, and be familiar with legal documents, calendaring, and filing in federal and state court. Qualified candidates would need to work in the office during normal business hours. This is not a remote working position. Some training is available.
Qualified candidates must speak, read and write fluently in Spanish. The job will include translating documents, witness statements, and handbooks. This position would include also supporting attorneys with the preparation of documents, scanning/copying, organizing files, maintaining files as well as other administrative duties as assigned. Some paralegal work will be assigned if the candidate has a certificate.
We are not seeking law students or those waiting to pass the bar. This is a long-term legal assistant/paralegal position.
