About the Role

We’re searching for a part-time leasing specialist to join our incredible management team in Oklahoma City. In this role, you will be working across two apartment communities in Norman and Moore, OK and collaborating with the senior onsite managers to drive more activity and new residents to the properties. You will also oversee and coordinate the orientation of new tenants, and assist with performing office management and clerical tasks. 

This role is part-time and provides competitive compensation, exceptional support and a path toward advancing your career in property management.

• Respond to daily lease requests across our various channels (FB Marketplace, Instagram, etc.).
• Meet with prospective renters and take them on tours of the units that interest them.
• Build a regular, weekly follow-up cadence with prospective tenants.
• Assist new residents with move-ins and property orientation.
• Keep Property Management Software (Appfolio) up-to-date and ensure leasing metrics are accurate in the system.
• Handling all other duties assigned, including actions to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and company policies.

• High School diploma or equivalent
• No property management experience required; candidate will receive on-the-job training
• Working Computer Skills (Microsoft Suite, email, faxing, scanning, etc.)
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
• Outstanding written verbal phone and email etiquette
• Self-motivated, self-starter
• Ability to work without direct supervision or alone
• Must have comprehension skills in order to understand the procedure book and other policies
• Experience working with people from different backgrounds and cultures, ability to manage up and down and keep a friendly outlook

Additional Eligibility Qualifications

• Must possess or can obtain a valid and appropriate state driver's license prior to employment and keep this license up to date. Must have a satisfactory driving record
• Fluent in Spanish a HUGE plus
