Sola Salon Studios is the premier franchisor in the salon suite rental industry. Sola Salons provides boutique, high-end, individual salon space to beauty professionals seeking the opportunity to own and operate their own business without all the risk and large capital requirements of opening a traditional salon. 

Sola Salons is looking for a general manager for Houston locations. The focus of the manager position will be on Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Client Relations, Facility Management and Owner Relations. Must be a self-starter, have an entrepreneurial spirit, a high level of energy, and have excellent time management skills. HS Diploma and Consistent work history are required. Daily travel within the Houston Metro area. Flexible schedule includes evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

Marketing & Sales/Leasing Objectives


  • Keep property studios occupied with qualified clients through lead generation, follow-up, and on-location property tours to prospective clients with the ultimate end goal of a signed lease agreement.
  • Management and tracking of marketing programs to meet sales objectives, including social media monitoring and content involvement.

Client Relations & Customer Service

  • Manage and document client lease agreements
  • Conduct orientation meetings to a specific property location
  • Introduce the Sola Salon business model to clients
  • Promptly identify and resolve client issues to maintain a positive working atmosphere
  • Plan specific location social/educational activities for clients


Facilities Management

  • Vendor scheduling and vendor communication for general salon maintenance needs
  • Quickly resolve facility maintenance issues 
  • Overall general salon maintenance 
  • Facilitate any operational expenditures


Owners Relations

  • Provide consistent, open dialogue with franchise owners on prospects, vacancies, physical condition of properties, etc.

Qualifications

Knowledge & Skills Needed:

  • Experience in marketing, sales and/or customer service
  • Experience in retail or residential property management including oversight of service providers 
  • Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • High level of energy, organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to conduct property showings and respond to client issues including some evenings and weekends (as required)
  • Professionalism and maturity with the ability to consult with stylists and beauty professionals on opening their own business
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Natural instinct to be a good steward of company funds and resources
  • Willing to do "whatever it takes"

Compensation
$50,000 - $90,000 base plus bonus
