Leasing Assistant for Top Property Management Company

Do you want to grow your career while working in a professional, fast-paced, and friendly environment? OCF Realty is hiring a dynamic Leasing Assistant to support our Leasing team. This position will be responsible for supporting the Leasing Coordinator with processing lease applications, credit reports and communicating with applicants and incoming tenants. Candidates should have prior administrative experience with accurate data entry, email correspondence and be comfortable with providing professional phone etiquette. The ideal candidate is eager to contribute to the success of the leasing team and our incoming tenants. Lastly, we are seeking candidates who are as passionate about Philadelphia’s neighborhoods and community as we are, and share our culture of authenticity.

Responsibilities

  • Process and send lease applications and pull credit reports
  • Create leasing application presentations for owners
  • Communicate with applicants and incoming tenants
  • Support move-in day operations through checking in new tenants, preparing and handling out new tenant welcome information/keys and answering questions as needed.
  • Assist with keeping file room organized and up to date.
  • Support Leasing Coordinator with any additional tasks as needed. 
  • Perform other clerical duties such as data entry, filing, photocopying, collating, scanning, etc

Qualifications

  • Administrative Assistant experience: 1 year
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Must maintain a neat and professional image and demeanor
  • Must be thorough, reliable, responsible, honest, organized, flexible and service-oriented
  • Must be able to manage multiple tasks at once while remaining detailed and well organized. 
  • Excellent problem solving and communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of Philadelphia’s neighborhoods
  • Previous real estate experience is a plus

Compensation
$40,000 - $45,000
