High Fidelity Properties is a residential property management company with a growing list of managed properties in Austin and the metro area. We are looking for a full-time Business Development Manager to help us substantially grow our portfolio. You MUST have an active real estate license, as required by the Texas Real Estate Commission. The primary functions of this role are to bring on new clients seeking property management and to lease their properties (such as single-family homes, duplexes, and condo units). If you nurture these relationships, you will also succeed in picking up clients looking to buy/sell homes.

This person will be trained and supported, but they must also be a self-starter, delight in networking with others, and be willing to pursue various avenues to establish referral sources. A significant part of the job will be building relationships and networking with other business people, particularly Realtors, in 1-to-1 settings but also networking meetings, happy hours, etc.

Compensation:

  • Expected First Year Earnings: $90,000 - $100,000
  • Base Salary range: $50,000

Responsibilities

  • Primarily accountable for making use of all tools at hand to contact prospects and convert them into clients.
  • Prospecting, calling, and nurturing leads.
  • Establishing ties and connecting with realtors.
  • Creating opportunities for group presentations.
  • Attending networking groups, meetings, and happy hours.
  • Conducting 1-to-1s
  • Giving presentations
  • Monitoring and pursuing leads
  • Networking & promoting on social media
  • Arranging meetings with prospects and touring rental properties
  • Meeting monthly quotas
  • Generate weekly sales reports for submission to the CEO/President.
  • Arranging advertising to promote the property, including photos, videos, listings, and signage. 
  • Sending out details of new properties on the market to people on your database.
  • Scheduling appointments and showing prospective buyers and renters around a property.

Qualifications

  • Must have an active Texas Real Estate License 
  • Dues and membership to ABOR are current at all times
  • Minimum 1-year sales experience
  • CRM experience
  • Provide own computer equipment
  • Active Driver’s license and reliable vehicle for regular driving
  • Ability to create rapport and build trust quickly with others
  • Exceptional professional demeanor and work ethic
  • Positive attitude with strong teamwork skills
  • Excellent written/verbal communication
  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Suite and/or Google Suite
  • High level of customer service and interpersonal skills 
  • Great attention to detail
  • Organization and the ability to multitask efficiently
  • Problem-solver to find effective solutions for a variety of potential issues

Compensation
