High Fidelity Properties is a residential property management company with a growing list of managed properties in Austin and the metro area. We are looking for a full-time Business Development Manager to help us substantially grow our portfolio. You MUST have an active real estate license, as required by the Texas Real Estate Commission. The primary functions of this role are to bring on new clients seeking property management and to lease their properties (such as single-family homes, duplexes, and condo units). If you nurture these relationships, you will also succeed in picking up clients looking to buy/sell homes.
This ideal candidate must be ambitious, competitive, and determined, as well as persuasive and enthusiastic. If you’re down to earth, highly motivated, and friendly with deep care for other people and a genuine desire to connect and help others, we want to hear from you today!
This person will be trained and supported, but they must also be a self-starter, delight in networking with others, and be willing to pursue various avenues to establish referral sources. A significant part of the job will be building relationships and networking with other business people, particularly Realtors, in 1-to-1 settings but also networking meetings, happy hours, etc.
