Must be self-motivated, technologically savvy, have strong customer service skills, organizational skills and an ability to problem solve. A can-do, pleasant attitude and the ability to work independently is a must. The Leads Manager reports directly to the COO and is responsible for ensuring the smooth daily running of leads distribution and quality.
- Review all incoming leads and find missing information
- Manage CRM System leads dispersion
- Identify abnormalities in lead flow and amend processes accordingly
- Work with closely with Acquisition Agents to generate volume
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new programs quickly
- Real Estate experience and/or license preferred
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Must work well independently AND in a group setting
$30,000 - $36,000 Annual DOE
