We are looking for a Leads and Database Manager for a busy and growing real estate team! Our ideal candidate is a team player who is results-driven, enjoys being a part of a culture, is reliable, and can help improve our efficiencies and conversion rates.

This is a key position on our team. This manager is a master of systems, creating effective systems and automation to facilitate our growth. A successful candidate will be efficient and passionate about teamwork and want to succeed at a high level, detail-oriented and highly driven, an enthusiastic, self-starter with a passion for customer service!

This individual will make sure our clients have the highest level of care and personalized follow-up. Strong customer service is a must as well as project management abilities. The ideal candidate must stay calm under pressure and is a great learning-based administrator with a can-do attitude and proven ability to succeed. 

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for lead reporting and tracking the total number of leads per source
  • Overseeing the addition or deletion for all lead sources based on ROI
  • Maintaining a pipeline of expected transactions
  • Creating systems and automation for leads
  • Managing, nurturing, and overseeing inbound leads and assists in converting into sales opportunities
  • Maintaining well organized, up-to-date, and accurate sales information and activity reports in the CRM system

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years proven experience in prospecting and lead generation, ideally in real estate
  • 1-2 years real estate industry experience
  • Has the ability to develop a good understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
  • Proficient in managing the sales pipeline using CRM systems, preferably Follow Up Boss
  • Experience working collaboratively in a combined sales & marketing team
  • Can evidence a track record of increasing sales revenue by hitting or exceeding personal targets

Compensation
$45,000 - $75,000 yearly
