This job involves making phone calls to lead prospects and also sending leads to our sales agents. You would also be sending emails and text messages. The successful candidate will have the ability to make 50 or more phone calls a day. We are looking for a real people person that has a great attitude and personality.
Responsibilities

  • Rigorously prospect for new business and follow up with leads in your pipeline.
  • Accurately track and convey productivity and sales metrics to management.
  • Primary duties include outbound calling, e-mail communication, coordination and scheduling of real estate buying and selling opportunities and overall management of sales pipeline through the sales cycle.
  • Accurately qualify potential customers for appointments with field agents.

Qualifications

  • Independent and self-motivated.
  • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills.
  • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing / lead technologies.
  • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written).
  • Extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone.

Compensation
$9.50 an hour plus commissions
