In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and managing a lead management system. This position will include managing all aspects of inbound and outbound lead generation, qualification, and management. This role is meant to employ a number of methods and strategies to increase and maintain profit, efficiency, customer engagement, and brand loyalty. This role is tasked with working with customers, engaging with them, improving customer service, and conducting research through communication to understand the motivation and how our organization can assist them to attain the overall goal of the situation. (This is a full-time position.)

  • Responding to, qualifying, and tracking inbound leads and requests
  • Nurturing prospects and distributing qualified leads to appropriate sales teams
  • Managing the lead qualification, tracking, and distribution process
  • Managing CRM (prospect/customer) database
  • Managing contact information and reference lists
  • Helping to define data profile/fields for leads, prospects, and customers


  • Experience in sales or customer service is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Detail-oriented, collaborative, and a team player
  • Strong organization, time management, strategic planning, and analytical skills
  • Familiarity within real estate is a bonus

$35,000 - $45,000 yearly (Base Salary + Commission)
