IT'S MERGER SEASON!! As we continue to move into the most significant real estate shift of our lives, transaction count will drop significantly, and through the economy of scale, we can all support each other and help provide world class support staff, tech, leads/appointments, branding, etc. to help make sure that we're all not only surviving, but thriving while most of the market struggles.
Typical impact-driven businesses either do WELL or they do GOOD. They either focus on profitability, and do a little philanthropic work on the side, or they focus on impact and aren't at the top of their game in their industry; they're more known for their non-profit work. We are committed to being a 10/10 on both fronts; well & good. We are committed to being the #1 real estate team in Colorado (currently #6) while also being recklessly generous, giving away over $1M/yr. as well as significant generosity with our time and talent (ask for more info on what types of projects our 501c3 is involved in, but it's primarily human-flourishing needs such as food, water, shelter, education, etc.)
As we continue to grow, there are several seats on our rocketship that could be a good fit for you. We are much more than a real estate team, with several other connected businesses that agents can share profit & ownership in (title, brokerages, insurance, shared services, and several others in the works). There are several opportunities in our organization that we're hiring for right now, but the primary need is good LEAD AGENTS to grow with. Here's a brief description of a lead agent:
Lead Agent: A lead agent in our organization has succeeded as an agent, is willing to help agents on the team with things like contract questions and advice, and as a result, receives the highest level of support and appointments to compensate them for their time. A Lead Agent receives their own support staff and should have no problem making over $300,000/yr.
Once someone on the team has succeeded as a leader in the organization, the world is their oyster. Becoming a Partner means the opportunity to take ownership in other businesses, like our title company, brokerage, insurance company, shared services company, or any other business that we start together and fuel/fund through our transactions. There truly is no limit to a partner inside our world.

As a brokerage, we are in business to transform lives through real estate. We do this primarily through our partner 501c3, Flourish Alliance, by addressing issues that limit someone's ability to flourish. That would include (but is not limited to) things like food insecurity, housing affordability & homelessness, clean water projects around the world, human trafficking, safety, education, and other issues contributing to poverty.
