The Hogan Group @ Keller Williams Realty is seeking a strong Lead Real Estate Agent for the Greenville market. Ideal candidates will have demonstrated a track record of success with at least 1 year of full time real estate sales.

The Lead Agent is the face, hands, and brains of the local Expansion Team. This is a production position in the short term with the potential to be a leadership position as the market opportunity grows. It’s critical for the Lead Agent to be able to work semi-autonomous and be self motivated.

The Lead Agent grows the local database, both by working their sphere of influence, past clients and closing leads provided by the Hub to appointments. The Hogan Group provides extensive training/ongoing coaching, leads(internet and other sources), a top notch CRM, local IDX website designed to help you close more business, transaction coordination services, ISA services and more. Responsibilities

  • Is responsible for meeting mutually agreed-upon contact, appointment, and transaction goals established with the Hub utilizing already established lead generation and followup systems.
  • Builds relationships with the leaders of the local Market Center.
  • Responsible for hiring, training, consulting, and holding accountable all local buyer/listing specialists (once production goals are met and more salespeople are required).
  • Builds a local database through leveraging buyer/seller leads provided by the Hub, prospecting, and SOI.
  • Convert leads from customers to clients.
  • Identify homes that meet buyer’s criteria and have a flexible schedule.
  • Assist sellers with correctly pricing their homes and obtaining the highest price while providing excellent customer service.
  • Write and negotiate contracts for clients.


Qualifications

  • Business and Growth mindset
  • Demonstrated real estate sales achievement
  • Active real estate license with at least 1 year of experience
  • Desire/Ability to build the Expansion Team beyond just a single person operation


Compensation

$75,000+ at plan (with no financial risk)
