The successful candidate will be energetic with the ability and desire to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while providing best-in-class customer service.

Your primary job will be managing a perfect harmony between administration, the clinical team, treatment coordination, and the doctors while performing administrative functions and providing excellent customer service. Additional administrative duties include increasing productivity by creating and following office protocols, scheduling important appointments and/or travel arrangements, purchasing office supplies as needed, and assisting in marketing our brand online and at events. Job seekers should have superb organizational skills and love talking to people.

In addition to being an excellent communicator, the Lead Patient Care Coordinator is required to uphold our standards of patient experience and always ensure the highest level of customer service. This individual maintains a professional demeanor at all times and is a team player. Work experience in a dental practice is preferred and willing to train the right person!

Responsibilities
  • Help build online marketing, brochures, email campaigns, etc. that highlight our services
  • Grow in the position through continued learning and revitalization of skillsets in related duties
  • Plan office events and schedule arrangements for travel if necessary
  • Act as a point of contact for complaints or questions from customers and respond in a timely manner

  • Ensures fundamental systems and protocols are in place within the supported dental office, allowing the doctor to focus on dentistry.
  • Assist in dental team development, build positive relationships with the dentist and dental team members, and manage schedules to meet daily dentistry goals.
  • Assume a leadership role in motivating office team members and proactively seeking ways to improve the dental practice.
  • Manage all front office tasks, including daily operations of the front dental office, managing both employee and patient relations, performance management, and achieving operational goals.
  • Achieve revenue goals by overseeing patient scheduling, staff productivity, and treatment planning coordination.
  • Knowledge of outstanding insurance reports, unscheduled treatment plan reports, billing reports

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required, some college experience preferred
  • Shows ability to quickly finish very detailed work
  • Prior experience in office management or our industry is a plus
  • Proficient in basic computer software and can quickly learn to use new programs

  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, management, and relationship-building skills
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with dental office procedures and terminology is helpful
  • Management experience
  • Ability to work 36 - 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday (some days as early as 7:30 am and ending some days at 7 pm)
  • Ability to work 1-2 Saturdays per month (7:30 am - 1 pm)

Compensation
$23 - $27 hourly
