As the first touchpoint for every deal, the Lead Manager is an essential role. You begin every interaction with a lead before booking an appointment and escalating it to the Acquisitions Manager for negotiation and contracting. If there’s no clear distress, he/she is responsible for making a quick analysis and sending a written offer. 

Responsibilities

  • Inbound lead communication
  • Seller lead data entry into our company database
  • Seller lead data maintenance and organization inside
  • Working with acquisitions team to schedule appointments and sending offers
  • Basic property valuation analysis
  • Outbound follow up touches to seller leads (calls, texts, emails,)

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of Real Estate experience. Prior experience with an investment company or real estate brokerage or leasing agency is ideal
  • Database management/CRM management experience
  • Friendly, outgoing, problem-solving personality
  • You love inspiring others with enthusiasm
  • You have high emotional intelligence
  • You have experience working at a Real Estate wholesaling company

Compensation
$35,000 - $50,000 yearly
