• Pursue follow-up with leads until appointments are arranged with a buyer's agent or listing agent
• Update notes and client information in the CRMs to make sure all team members have current information
• Create and monitor monthly floor time schedules for agents, ensuring coverage
• Create monthly and quarterly reports to show the team's progress toward company goals

• Possesses superb interpersonal and communication skills
• Current U.S. driver’s license and capable of traveling by car
• High school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
