We are in need of a Lead Manager who will serve as the first point of contact to clients and requires someone who is detail-oriented, diligent, reliable, and an incredibly friendly phone person. So friendly it would be hard to stop talking with our prospects! You also need to be comfortable with a lead management system and technology in general. You should also be intuitively good with basic math.

Responsibilities

  • Gather information from prospects and qualify them before moving them forward in the pipeline so Acquisition Manager can provide an efficient sales process
  • Screen calls, build rapport and set appointments
  • Provide weekly status updates/pipeline report to management
  • Pursue prospects consistently after initial contact via phone or email
  • Ability to work with limited daily supervision
  • Provide weekly status updates/pipeline report to management


Qualifications

  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • You must have thick skin and cold calling/appointment setting outreach experience.
  • Experience with lead management a plus
  • Knowledge of Real Estate sales a plus


Compensation
$12 - 15 hourly
