Sales Lead Manager

We are looking for a motivated individual with great people skills. This is a full-time position. 

The Sales Lead Management Specialist will be responsible for establishing and managing a closed-loop lead management system. This position will include managing all aspects of inbound and outbound lead generation, qualification, and management. The Sales Lead Management Specialist will also be responsible for working with the marketing and sales teams to define and continuously improve the Lead Management Process. The Lead Manager is meant to employ a number of methods and strategies to increase and maintain profit, efficiency, customer engagement, and brand loyalty.

This role is tasked with working with customers, engaging with them, improving customer service, and conducting research through communication to understand the motivation and how our organization can assist them to attain the overall goal of the situation. The Lead Manager will have to engage with an increasing number of teammates, consumers, wholesalers, higher management, and even employees and managers of other businesses.

A good Lead Manager will have a few years of experience in sales and marketing and might even have a degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Sales, or a closely related subject, though the experience and the portfolio of past projects and results are a big factor for this position.


  • Responding to, qualifying, and tracking inbound leads and requests
  • Nurturing prospects and distribute qualified leads to appropriate sales teams
  • Responding to and routing inbound online chat sessions
  • Managing the lead qualification, tracking, and distribution process
  • Managing CRM/end-user (prospect/customer) database
  • Managing contact information and reference lists
  • Helping to define data profile/fields for leads, prospects, and customers
  • Maintaining database integrity
  • Developing lists for outbound campaign management and coordinate mailing logistics
  • Reporting on campaign results (i.e., email/postal campaign performance, lead activity, trackable sales, etc.)


  • Experience in sales or customer service
  • Experience with prospecting for new clients/deals
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Detail-oriented, collaborative, and a team player
  • Strong organization, time management, strategic planning, and analytical skills
  • Familiarity within real estate is a bonus

$35,000 - $45,000 Yearly DOE + $24,000 Variable Compensation on Plan
