We’re looking for a motivated, dynamic real estate Lead Intake Specialist to bring in qualified leads and help close deals. You’ll be responsible for adding prospective customers to the sales funnel, assessing homebuyers' wants and needs, and continuously following up to ensure a successful sale.

Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 Expected Earnings (Including Base pay + bonus)

Responsibilities

  • Call homeowners who have expressed interest in selling their properties
  • Gather pertinent information
  • Build rapport and trust
  • Analyze property valuations and condition
  • Uncover motivation and set expectations
  • Follow a time-tested and proven sales process
  • Negotiate and overcome objections
  • Hand-off qualified leads to Sr. Acquisitions Specialist

Qualifications

  • Phone sales or customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills, over the phone, in-person, and via email
  • Great people skills and adaptive to all personality types
  • Reliable and dependable (i.e. show up on time and do what you say you’re going to do)
  • Problem-solver (creatively troubleshoot)
  • Professional demeanor with a passion for what you do, and a sense of humor
  • Organization and time management (ability to prioritize and make the best use of time)
