We’re hiring a motivated, full-time Lead Intake Manager to join our growing team, who will help us cultivate and manage our leads and build client relationships. This is a vital role in our company, as this person will be the first point of contact when homeowners inquire about selling us their homes. This position is expected to do basic lead qualifications and determine the reason for the potential sale and the urgency of the opportunity. Attention to detail and a sense of urgency are key for this position.

  • Solicit new and existing accounts to meet and exceed revenue targets through outside sales calls, on-site visits, and sales tours, and networking in the local community
  • Motivate the sales team to meet or exceed established monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and profit margin targets
  • Keep a list of important clients up to date to ensure the ongoing development of relationships
  • Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to identify business leads
  • Analyze the performance of individual properties in your area and create sales plans and objectives that align with overall brand objectives

  • Answering our “Buy” Phone- Talking to customers who have responded to our advertising, while asking for and taking detailed information on the seller and their property
  • Booking appointments
  • Inputting data entry of all information into a CRM and using that CRM to follow up with customers to maximize every lead
  • Managing CRM so dead leads are marked as such and good leads have appointments booked
  • Monitoring manager’s emails and calendar, confirming appointments, reminders and making sure manager has all information possible for appointments

  • Exhibits superior communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
  • Must have previous sales experience working in the hospitality industry
  • High school diploma or GED, and bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
  • 3 or more years of experience in sales management or a leadership role in the sales department, preferably in hospitality
  • Outstanding organizational skills and time management

  • Organized with excellent secretarial skills-  able to do things systematically and consistently repetitively all day long, every day
  • Must be able to work in a busy environment
  • Proficient computer skills, including using Microsoft word and excel, using email, and navigating websites, while being able to talk and type at the same time
  • Extremely organized and highly detail-oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to bond and build rapport with potential customers
  • People-oriented - Enjoys interacting with people, customer relations, and talking on the phone.
  • Analytical ability to develop and implement improvements or recommendations
  • Real Estate Background preferred
