Lead Inside Sales Agent for Top Real Estate Team
Marti Hampton Real Estate is searching for new and seasoned talent to join our team.

 We are looking for the right applicant to lead & develop our Inside Sales Agent department. A properly run Inside Sales Agent department is an exciting ‘boiler room’ of high energy and productivity. The Lead Inside Sales Agent is responsible for tracking the daily output number of contacts to appointments and appointment to conversions. We desire a leader that will lead by example. Our Lead Inside Sales Agent will be responsible for the tracking, nurturing, and reporting success of all outgoing and incoming calls.  

 Lead Inside Sales Agent will track and monitor our sales agents progress and participation on our CRM and report the results to management on a weekly and monthly basis.

Responsibilities

  • Lead by example
  • Find, develop and train talented Inside Sales Agent’s to work in our Inside Sales Agent department
  • Be responsible for a high number of outgoing calls per day
  • Track calls, appointments set, and conversions for the entire department.
  • Follow up on weekends when needed
  • Set and track nurturing systems 

Qualifications

  • Currently, hold an Active Brokers License in the State of North Carolina or be willing to obtain a real estate license and work while learning.

Compensation
$75,000-150,000 at plan earnings
