The Lead Generator's role is to drum up home seller leads using the company’s proprietary CRM system, lead generation software, and other high-end tools with the end objective of setting appointments for our Acquisitions Managers. All of the targets the Sales Representative will be reaching out to have expressed signs of wanting to sell their home. Getting in front of prospective sellers and creating a warm handoff of the customer to one of our Acquisitions Managers, is the ultimate goal.
- Ability to answer all inbound seller leads during normal office hours
- Screening & qualifying inbound calls based on seller motivation and property details in an effort to schedule appointments
- Lead, nurture, and follow up using company CRM
- Outbound calling to follow up with prospective sellers
- Conversion of cold leads into warm leads, and warm leads into appointments
- Enter all seller leads into the company CRM
- Ensure process compliance and accurate KPI reporting in company CRM
- The ideal candidate will have prior over-the-phone sales & customer service experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- A strong, extroverted personality that is able to handle objections, has high frustration tolerance, & deals with rejection positively
- Looking for candidates who are eager and willing to grow within the company
- Real Estate experience is a plus, not a requirement
- Denver-Metro residents preferred, as having an understanding of this market is important
$80,000 - $100,000 yearly
