Our Real estate investment firm is looking to add a new member to our growing, powerful team.
The purpose of this position is to rapidly respond to incoming leads. The person in this role is expected to minimize the time between a new incoming lead and contacting the lead directly.
Follow up with leads opportunities when no contact has been made yet. These follow ups will be more active in nature.
Ongoing customer management in the form of regular follow ups to previous leads that did not sell their property. These follow ups will be more passive in nature.
Data maintenance within the CRM.
Sending out offers to leads that are moving from the active follow up, to the passive follow up stages.
The perfect fit is an upbeat, self-motivated, confident person who loves interfacing with people and is interested in long-term growth with us.
We are a Southern Utah real estate investment firm that does a large amount of marketing for the purpose of purchasing houses, land and commercial buildings direct from sellers who want to sell outside of the traditional agent / realtor transaction process. The properties we purchase are typically below market value. We close fast, buy property in "as is" condition, and close on a date that the seller chooses... we can buy an unlimited amount of properties if they fit our criteria.
We have a large network of real estate partners, cash investors, and buyers that we work with. Our team consists of 7 full-time team members with many other independent partners that play key roles inside the company.
