Lead Coordinator - Real Estate Investments
Attention inbound Lead coordinators with proven experience! (customer service/sales/lead management )
We are a Milwaukee, WI-based rapidly growing real estate investment, wholesaling, and flipping company seeking an inbound call/lead success representative for our team. We’re looking to hire an individual who is:
- An optimistic and persuasive person who enjoys social interaction and influencing people in a positive way
- A self-disciplined person who thrives on completing their work with strong attention to detail and follow-through

- Organized and task-oriented
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls live from various marketing channels
- Rapidly responds to online lead sources (Facebook, internet leads)
- Document all interactions with leads in the company CRM. (training provided)
- Create a warm hand-off and set appointments for our acquisitions manager to visit with viable leads
- Database management - ensuring all leads have appropriate and detailed notes, all information related to leads are properly filled out with relevant information, and that all leads have an appropriate next step
- Administrative tasks - such as data entry, lead information research, and lookup, etc.
- Be comfortable making outbound calls to inquire if people may want to sell their home
Qualifications
- Friendly and calm voice, with the ability to build rapport over the phone with a friendly and disarming conversational voice
- Project confidence in the ability to convey our company and our home buying process
- Be Curious- we want to know as much as possible about the situation to put us in the best position to set an appointment and buy the property
- Persistent - doesn’t give up, wants to make something out of everything
- Self Motivated - has a burning desire to succeed. This desire typically allows for individuals who embody this to own their position and not need prompting to find things to do
- Someone who responds positively in unpredictable situations is flexible with others and uses their persuasive "selling" communication style to screen incoming leads for our sales team
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of Google Calendar, Google Drive, Gmail, Salesforce
- General ability to understand the technology and utilize it effectively, quickly
- Multi-Tasking (Must be able to answer the phone and talk with customers while looking up supporting information on the computer)

$38,000 - $45,000 yearly
