We’re seeking a motivated and organized individual with commercial insurance experience as a lead assistant or underwriter to join our operations team. You will liaison with multiple teams including accounting, production, and back office. To be successful, you should have basic insurance and accounting knowledge and be very comfortable with technology.

  • Review and update training procedures for teams
  • Training new employees
  • Oversee carrier bordereau process
  • Assist with AMS training
  • Maintain current knowledge of carrier procedures and protocols
  • Manage issuance team procedures and timelines


  • Insurance industry experience is highly preferred but candidates with the appropriate skills and an operations background should still apply, training is provided
  • Written and verbal communication skills and problem-solving skills are a must in this role
  • Applicants must have basic computer skills and be able to use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
  • Basic IT knowledge is a plus

$45,000 - $50,000 yearly
