Are you collaborative, compassionate, and pride yourself on providing high-quality care? We are growing and need a team player to come on board! We’re looking for a fully licensed LCMHC (North Carolina license) to join our dynamic interdisciplinary practice in beautiful coastal Wilmington, North Carolina.
At Chrysalis Center, we strive to restore hope and empower change by providing the highest standard of care for mental illness, eating disorders, and overall wellness. Our team consists of mental health therapists, registered dietitians, a psychiatric nurse practitioner, and a full-time administrative staff dedicated to helping our clients find the support they need in their recovery journey. While our outpatient office welcomes clients of all ages and diagnoses, we are accredited by The Joint Commission and are licensed by the state as a facility to also provide day treatment for adults with eating disorders. Eating disorder experience is not required, but preferred.
By joining our team, you’d be a W2 employee of a locally owned and operated business that was founded in 2003. As a clinician of Chrysalis, credentialing, billing and administrative support is provided. We are a well-established practice with ample referrals to fill your schedule. You’ll also receive a professional development stipend to use for any expenses related to maintaining your license, liability insurance, or attending continuing education. Our clinicians are paid via a fee-for-service model so you can determine how much you’ll work. Our clinical team is required to participate in collaborative staff meetings to ensure that we are providing high-quality care to all clients who come to our facility.
To provide therapy in a multi-specialty outpatient group practice and to participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning and collaboration while maintaining good standing with one’s governing licensure board.
