IMMIGRATION & INJURY LAW FIRM NEEDS EXPERIENCED OFFICE MANAGER
This is not a legal assistant or administrative assistant position. This is not an entry-level position where you can “learn on the job.” This is a mid-level management position that must have prior experience with management, supervision, hiring, firing, basic business accounting, law firm trust accounting rules, and an understanding of the Rules of Professionalism that lawyers and law firms must follow.
Experience in a law office is required.
Our law firm represents injured victims and immigrants who wish to make the United States their home. We need an experienced A+ level Office Manager to run the day-to-day business functions of the office. A large majority of our clients are Spanish-speaking, and we need this front-line employee to be bilingual and articulate in English and Spanish.

Our Office Manager will play a very important role in running our office. We need a dynamic high-energy person to make sure the “trains run on time” by keeping the day-to-day work of the office moving. This person will work closely with the Owners to support the administrative needs of the firm.
