• Oversee social media and website, mailing lists, data analytics, and SEO to ensure content is regularly updated with the most recent information
• Create monthly breakdowns of our analytics on web and social, recommend improvements, and identify growth opportunities based on the trends in the latest market research
• Maintain responsibility over the firm’s brand integrity by overseeing the copywriting and image creation of all print materials including letterhead, business cards, brochures, flyers, etc.
• Develop content for digital marketing campaigns including email, social media, and online advertisements that will get the word out there about our legal services

• Work directly with the Marketing Director on digital marketing strategies
• Coordinate Social media posts
• Assist Marketing Director with daily tasks and requests.
• Arrange and schedule numerous meetings; maintain and update the calendar.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously as assigned or needed
• Research various topics as assigned.
• Host live streams on our TikTok/Instagram account in order to grow our followers and encourage leads
• Social media engagement and interaction on social media platforms (including replying to comments)
• Assist with content creation, whether it's using Canva for Instagram Story graphics, or helping film videos for social media platforms
• Schedule and post content for on Instagram, FB, and Tik-Tok

• A background or a desire to learn more about the legal industry is strongly desired
• Applicants will need to be comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines
• Candidate must be able to demonstrate professional written and verbal marketing communication skills
• 2+ years of experience in Marketing or related field
• Strong understanding of web and email systems, public relations, brand messaging, and social platforms - basic graphic design skills are also desired
