We are a probate/estate planning and family law firm focused on helping clients navigate two of life’s most stressful situations: divorce and the death of a loved one. We need an enthusiastic and client-focused Intake Specialist to help screen new potential client matters to discern whether or not our Firm can assist them. We believe that clients come to us with personal problems that involve the legal system and really emphasize listening to what they say, identifying their fears, and putting their minds at ease, as opposed to bragging about the credentials of our attorneys or walking them through the proverbial “sausage factory” and confusing them with details about the legal system. We are growing fast and need an Intake Specialist who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses exceptional communication skills. The ideal candidate must exude patience and compassion and must enjoy talking to prospective clients on the phone.
Prepare a cover letter with no more than two paragraphs and a closing sentence. In the first paragraph explain what you believe are the 3 most important qualities needed in someone who will be an Intake Specialist. As a closing sentence please write, “I have read the instructions contained in the job posting and have followed the instructions.”
Douglass & Runger is a growing, small law firm servicing clients primarily in the areas of family law, probate law, and estate planning. We help our family law clients navigate the divorce process by protecting the things most important to them: the well-being of their minor children and their personal assets, and we provide our probate clients peace of mind after the death of a loved one by navigating them through the probate process. We maintain a family-like environment for not only our clients but also our attorneys and staff and are protective of our in-office culture. We provide our clients the security of knowing that they have a law firm that will support them through difficult life obstacles they face no matter what!
