Our rapidly growing, family-run law firm is seeking an experienced Professional Legal Administrator (a/k/a Chief Operating Officer or Director of Operations) who has a passion for processes, a love of legal work, and a commitment to customer service to work closely with our executive team.

With lofty goals for growth, we are excited about finding an executive-level PLA with hands-on experience in all phases of running an office and growing a successful business to join our team of attorneys, paralegals and staff who are all committed to our dream and being part of the Diamond Family. The PLA will be responsible for improving both our people and our systems by planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the day-to-day operations of the Firm.
We are not looking for an Office Manager/Executive Assistant. We have one already and she is amazing. What we do need is a PLA who can demonstrate prior success in increasing profitability, managing a team of more than 20 people and a administering a budget of at least $5 million.

Knowledge of family law and residential real estate is helpful as our PLA is expected to do “air traffic control” to ensure clients receive the care and handholding they need and deserve, make sure our systems and processes are working efficiently and our employees understand and follow clearly defined procedures.
We have visionaries in our firm who understand that the difference between a dream and a goal is a plan. Now, what we need is a motivated and focused implementer who can help us design plans, procedures, and processes to achieve our goals and realize those dreams, who deeply understand employee engagement, and who is eats, lives, and breathes KPIs.
This is an executive-level position with a compensation package up to $100,000 that includes a salary component plus incentives driven by defined KPIs for expected law firm growth, profitability, and culture.
