Our small 8 attorney Law Firm in downtown Dallas is seeking an experienced Law Firm Administrator to manage all aspects of the business. You will work directly with the Partners of the firm to oversee everything except the practice of law.
The Firm Administrator is responsible for a wide range of activities including but not limited to
The candidate should have at least 5 years of experience managing a law firm, including client trust accounting and preparation of reports for filing of quarterly estimated taxes and the annual tax return. You must be proficient using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook, and have significant experience using law firm billing software. You must be self-motivated, highly organized, dependable, detail-oriented and work well with others.
