What you'll do in the role:
As our Administrative Professional, your role is an integral part of making sure that our clients’ experience is consistently high quality. There are two parts to this role. You will sometimes be answering our phones, serving as the first point of contact, and setting the stage for all interactions clients will have at Reynolds Defense Firm. You will also be assisting our Legal Team with projects and assignments to help our clients through the resolution of their cases. In both roles, you will be able to confidently answer client questions, gather information, and assure them they are in good hands with Reynolds Defense Firm. Most importantly, you will be establishing a true human connection with each person you talk to!

You bring strong administrative skills and a high level of professionalism which you use to set a positive and helpful tone with our clients. You have drive - no phoning it in. You are willing to work hard to achieve your goals and you have pride in your work product. You are adaptable and can roll with change. You can also anticipate outcomes, you are proactive, and you strive to improve, both personally and professionally, every day.

You lean forward in life – you have a presence that is self-confident but not egotistical.

You are a team player - RDF rises or falls as a firm, not as individuals. You are level-headed, professional, good-natured, and you don’t take yourself too seriously. You remain upbeat in difficult times. You are prepared to pull your own weight at RDF, recognize that sometimes that isn't enough, and pull some more. No drama.
