Do you have manager or partner-level accounting experience? If so, we're looking for help with a significant project that is helping our clients claim the Employee Retention Credit.
If you have experience with this credit, that's great. If you don't, it's no big deal. This is a relatively new program and we can train you on what you need to know.
This tax credit became available to millions of businesses in March 2021. Prior to that, businesses could only get the ERC or a PPP loan. That changed in March 2021. Since then, we’ve started working with clients in 38 states, and we have huge growth plans to take advantage of this program before it ends.
What we're looking for is someone who can understand the big picture and engage in high-level thinking to review the 941-x returns that the rest of our team has prepared. We want someone who will be open to our training and input, and who can ask the right questions to make sure the clients get the best results.
We have a data entry team that is doing the calculations, and we have a group of senior associate-level accountants reviewing that work. We're looking for that next level.
We spent a significant amount of time studying and researching the ERC and developed some great processes, systems, and procedures.
We're looking for someone who is willing to learn this program and perform this high-level review work. The job is full-time but could be part-time. We're looking for someone for at least 20 hours per week but would prefer 40+.
We have a backlog of at least four months' worth of work and we can continue to bring in new clients every single day. This is a really exciting program that is putting a lot of money in our clients' pockets.
Once the ERC program has concluded, you will have many other opportunities in our firm to help small businesses with their tax planning needs.
