- Compile legal research to assist with cases.
- Proofread and cite-checks briefs and other materials.
- Prepares trial briefings, memorandums, and other legal documents.
- Participates in legal analysis and strategy.
- Assists with deposition preparation and depositions.
- Assists in the courtroom with trials and hearings.
- Communicates with parties regarding trials and schedules.
- Updates court calendars and schedules,
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Excellent research skills
- Ability to maintain client confidentiality at all times.
- Knowledge of compliance laws
