Commercial landscape and tree company is looking for a motivated and ambitious individual to join our management team! The position is trusted with the basic day-to-day responsibilities to ensure the successful operations of the company and crews. Ultimately delivering a quality product and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Maintain client relationships and communicate regularly
• Ensure work is performed to the level of quality required to completely satisfy each customer
• Site inspections with clients
• Follow through with commitments
• Resolve issues timely
• Identify sales opportunities 
• Prepare maintenance, enhancements, and tree trimming proposals
• Enforce safety procedures and policies
• Crew schedules
• Personnel evaluations and hiring

Must have prior experience in the industry and closely related responsibilities—history of achieving and exceeding goals. Valid driver's license and clean driving record required. Computer literate and able to learn and retain new software applications. Good communication and writing skills and a demonstrated interest in success. Enjoy working in a busy environment where no task is above or below you. Positive perspective and good problem-solving skills. Bi-lingual is a plus but not required. DFWP
