Reflections Water Gardens specializes in the creation of ponds, water features, and natural sanctuaries. We are hiring experienced general landscape and construction laborers to provide high-quality services to our customers.

THIS IS A WORKING POSITION. You'll be responsible for assisting in the construction of beautiful backyard water features and unique outdoor living spaces, proper use of hand tools including shovels, rakes, compactors, drills, and levels, safe operation of heavy equipment and construction machinery, and working together as a team to accomplish daily construction tasks. You will be expected to learn techniques for the construction of water features and be able to teach what you have learned to other team members.

The ideal candidate has experience in landscape construction and is willing to learn and try new things, is a team player, is kind and friendly with others, punctual, respectful, hardworking, and pays attention to detail. Self-motivation, reliability, ambition, and a passion for service in outdoor environments are a must to be successful at Reflections Water Gardens. • Assist your team with customers’ landscape design, landscape construction, landscape installation, and landscape maintenance

• Assist with water feature service, maintenance, and pond cleanouts
• Make sure tools, vehicles, and equipment are well-maintained and schedule maintenance for equipment if needed
• Prevent injuries and slowdowns by following all health and safety standards on construction sites, and quickly report issues to the crew leader or project manager if they do arise
• Complete detailed daily reports of work completed
• Follow the crew leader’s example and fulfill other duties as needed to help the team
• Ensure every client receives the highest-quality work
• Achieve agreed-upon goals and outcomes
• Continued self-improvement through feedback from the team and clients 

• Driver’s license or reliable transportation to and from the work site is required
• Excellent stamina and physical health
• Possesses a strong work ethic and have high attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills
• 1 year of prior experience as a general construction laborer or in a similar role
• We prefer candidates with previous experience and knowledge about landscape construction. Knowledge of pond and water feature construction is a plus
• Highly motivated and driven individual
• Candidate must be comfortable working in harsh weather conditions
• Dexterity and physical ability to lift heavy objects and use tools or other construction equipment is required
• Ability to solve problems and work with others as a team
