We are seeking a motivated and experienced real estate agent to specialize in the sale of land and manufactured homes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for working with clients to help them buy and sell properties in San Diego County. We have hundreds of land and manufactured leads and appointments that our team is unable to properly service and need YOUR help! As a Zillow Flex team, we need to expand our team to include agents that specialize in Land and Manufactured or Mobile Homes to service the abundance of leads and appointments received per month. You would be the EXCLUSIVE agent assigned to these leads and appointments (set by our Inside Sales Agent team) and according to your availability.

This is a commission-based position.

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, including home sellers and buyers
• Generate new business through networking, lead generation, and marketing efforts
• Conduct property viewings and provide expert guidance to clients throughout the buying and selling process
• Negotiate and finalize sales contracts
• Stay current on market trends, local zoning regulations, and other factors that impact land and manufactured home sales
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property listings, and other relevant information using our company’s CRM

• Proven experience as a real estate agent
• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market, particularly in the land and manufactured home market
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a large client base
• Current real estate license in California
