Tac 7 Solutions is looking to fill five Entry Level Account Reps. Candidates must possess integrity, character, and exemplary ambition for success. The account manager position is considered entry-level marketing and sales, meaning thorough training is provided. We have a strict promotion-only-from-within policy which provides sales and customer service specialists with ample room for advancement and experience in marketing, sales, and business. This position offers a compensation structure where pay is based on individual performance. This is an entry-level position that will train in management.
All of our staff is hired into the entry-level role with the intent of training into market director positions within 6 to 12 months. While we appreciate some experience, we are willing to train from the ground up.
