Stark Company Realtors is a nationally recognized leader in real estate sales based in South Central Wisconsin.

As a Junior Real Estate Agent, you'll gain hands-on industry experience while growing and developing into an all-star agent. We are searching for driven, goal-oriented, high achievers who excel when working with like-minded peers.

No real estate experience is necessary, however prior sales experience is required.

You will make outbound calls, texts, and emails to generate appointments for our seller and buyer agents.

You might also receive inbound customer inquiries and either set seller or buyer appointments for agents on the team or add the contact to the database for future business.

The position is full-time in our office located at 1625 W. Main St in Sun Prairie.

Compensation is base salary plus commission.*

Advancement opportunities include Inside Sales Associate Team Lead, Outside Buyer/Seller Agent.

Responsibilities

  • Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline
  • Reach out to leads continuously until they have an appointment set with either a listing agent or buyer's agent
  • Cold call leads in our database
  • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads
  • Update client information in our CRM to make sure all buyer and listing specialists have up-to-date information
  • Expand client base by identifying business opportunities with leads already in our system
  • Maintain relationships with homebuyers through phone calls, email, etc. to make sure they remember our business when they are ready to purchase or sell a home again!

Qualifications

  • 2 years of prior sales experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Possess a valid U.S. driver's license and can travel by car
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Applicants who have had prior real estate experience are preferred
  • Applicants must have a high school diploma, 4-year degree preferred
  • Must possess a real estate license OR be willing to obtain in a timely manner

Compensation
$60,000 (base + commission)
