We're looking for a delightful, organized, efficient, junior real estate agent to join our team.

Pay starting at $15 per hour + commission. Full time with a mix of days/evenings and weekends.

- Show homes to prospective home buyer clients
- Drive with or alongside buyer clients to provide access and view homes
- Identify homes to show that meet buyers’ criteria
- Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents and/or home sellers
- Refine buyers’ criteria and select additional homes to show as necessary
- Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors
- Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, and etc.
- The person we're looking for has a real estate license or is in the process of acquiring it.
- Is great with people.
- Loves looking at homes.
- Is thoughtful, thorough, smart, responsible, flexible, a self-starter, and able to think on their feet.

Victoria BC, and Vancouver Island is an exciting place to operate in but it can be overwhelming in the current Seller's market.
