We are currently seeking someone who will develop and maintain successful relationships with business referral sources, both existing and prospective with Movement Mortgage.
You will meet with customers as necessary during various stages of the loan process. You will also:
- Utilize Movement Mortgage training materials, reference tools, technology and other resources to provide an amazing customer service experience.
- Provide complete loan applications to Operations.
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience by overseeing the loan process from origination to close and providing on-going communication to customers and referral partners.
- Achieve and exceed production goals as established by Management.
- Oversee and take responsibility for the loan process and his/her team members involved in the process.
- Work with Senior Loan Officer during the process and will not be required to prospect for new business.
This sales professional will participate and oversee the Loan Application Process and:
- Meet with prospective borrowers.
- Review / Analyze credit and financial data.
- Determine borrower financing objectives and goals.
- Analyze and establish the right loan products for clients based on their needs and current guidelines.
- Apprise of pricing and lock rate as required.
- Identify appropriate opportunities to sell additional products.
- Collect supporting loan documentation as required and provide complete package to Loan Officer Assistant.
- Upload complete application via Loan Origination Software.
This individual must thrive being part of a dynamic team led by a Senior Loan Officer with referral partners in the real estate and mortgage realm.
