EPM is looking for a creative and highly motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our team! The right candidate must display excellent design skills as well as communication and organizational abilities, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment. The Junior Graphic Designer position is an entry-level working role, working closely with our Senior Graphic Design Manager as support on a variety of projects and assignments. This position demands someone who is detail-oriented, learns quickly, and can handle multiple tasks at once. It’s a plus if the candidate is bilingual.

• Work closely with the creative team to support editing print and digital collateral
• Developing numerous digital and print sizing for marketing assets when requested
• Editing social media content including marketing assets for culture, retail & wholesale divisions
• Proofing and preparing both small and large format files - including but not limited to business cards, event collateral, branding, etc.
• Meet goals and deadlines necessary for timely delivery of projects
• Consistently demonstrate design capability with an eye for detail and execution
• Team player with an understanding of working on multiple projects with deadlines

• Web/Graphic Design or similar degree preferred
• 1-year experience working in the industry preferred
• Proficient in Adobe CS (Illustrator, Dreamweaver, InDesign, Photoshop) & Microsoft Office
• Comfortable with MAC OS platform
• Typography skills
• Creative problem-solving skills with a “can-do” attitude
• Exceptional attention to detail and organization
• Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high standards
• Capable of following instructions and taking constructive design feedback
• Bilingual is not required but preferred
