You will have the opportunity to learn from experienced attorneys and will provide legal counsel to existing clients. You’ll also be responsible for performing legal research, drafting documents, and keeping client files up to date. • Draft estate planning documents, correspondence, affidavits, etc.
• Organize and maintain files to ensure accuracy for other attorneys, paralegals, and staff
• Meet with clients to execute estate planning documents
• Communicate with senior attorney's, and paralegals to ensure cases are handled efficiently

• Prepared to learn from senior attorneys to meet our client needs and grow our client base
• Completion of a Juris Doctor (J.D. degree) from an accredited law school
• Active member of the American Bar Association (ABA)
• Successful completion of the bar exam
• Solid communication skills and problem-solving skills required in order to work with clients, staff members and senior attorneys
