A positive attitude and call center experience/sales experience is a strong plus! Also, a plus is a history of selling directly to consumers, car sales, insurance, timeshares, door knockers, etc. is a huge plus but not necessary. (no retail or soft sales please!). We will provide the leads and system to help ensure your success – you must bring a great attitude and follow-up skills.

Salary Plus Bonuses!

Must be able to work 9:00-5:30 pm Monday – Friday and remote sometimes on Saturday

• Contact warm provided leads and qualify the seller's property to sell through our systems
• Be able to evaluate homes (We teach you how to do this, no experience necessary)
• Successfully overcome objections
• All training and scripts are provided but must already have the foundation of a good attitude and ability to connect well and talk to people over the phone

• Great attitude
• Proficient in all Microsoft programs
• Time management
• Excellent communication skills
